Almost everyone who reaches us from Switzerland starts with the same practical question: when can we talk. Turkey runs two hours ahead of Swiss time in winter and one hour ahead in summer, so we set the appointment by your clock rather than ours. You tell us which part of your day is genuinely free, and we confirm the hour on both sides before anything is fixed.

We hold these conversations in Turkish and in German. If you live in Switzerland, having both available matters more than it may sound: the language of work and paperwork is often not the language you reach for when you try to describe what has been sitting on your mind. Begin in whichever one feels closer to you, and we stay in it.

You do not travel to us. Everything happens by phone or by video call, so there is no route to plan from Zurich, Bern or a smaller canton, no train or flight, no day taken off. You remain in Switzerland, in your own home, in a room with the door closed; where familiar circles can be narrow, that distance is often what makes the conversation possible at all.

What is said in the call stays between us. We do not commit to an outcome in any of the work we do; instead of promising what will happen, we tell you plainly what can be looked at and what cannot. The first conversation is free and binds you to nothing. Because every situation unfolds differently, we decide together afterwards whether and how to continue.
