Türkiye runs ahead of the Netherlands: two hours in winter, one hour in summer. So when it is 18:00 where you are, the clock in Türkiye reads 20:00 in winter and 19:00 in summer — an evening hour that still sits comfortably on both sides. You can hold the consultation in Turkish or in English, whichever one you would rather speak. Switching between the two mid-conversation is no trouble either. Not having to search for words leaves more room for the thing you actually came to talk about.

Wherever in the Netherlands you happen to be, a remote consultation is simply a phone call or a video call. There is no trip to make and no address to find: you stay in your own home, in a room where the door can be closed. The camera is optional — voice alone works the same way.

The preliminary conversation is free of charge and commits you to nothing further. Nothing is recorded, and what you describe is not passed on to anyone. No result is promised here either; what can be looked at, and what cannot, is said plainly at the start.
